"This review is based on delivery service. I’ve ordered here multiple times over the last year and noticed the chip portion size and the takeaway container have changed for the worse. You now get a tiny paper sleeve of chips for and of course everything has spilled out of the sleeve and is thrown about the takeaway bag by the time it gets to you. The food was also cold for this order. for ribs and chips and it’s cold. When I called the store, the manager blamed the delivery person. But I tracked their ride and they came straight to my home from the restaurant, around mins. The manager said it would be easier for her if I complained to the delivery service she didn’t care about my experience just what was easier for her. I won’t be ordering from here anymore. There’s better food for a better price elsewhere."

"We stayed at Mercure for a quick staycation. Dined at Eves Bar for the first time and had a great experience. Ordered 4 dish and the food is delicious and affordable! Special mention to Michelle who assisted us from eves bar, she is sweet and love her smile! Provided an excellent service with attention to detail. The chef even came out to serve the food for us. Great team, and Cozy Bar! Totally recommend it !! Looking forward to come back soon."

"Coffee v good.Food nice, not exceptional. Some parts overpriced.Service way, way below standard. As if they don't want you there. Initially pushed to order, then had to keep asking for someone to take our order. Main breakfast dish and sides coming out different times. Some finished their meals, others not getting anything. When the last meal came (again in 2 episodes), a complaint was made and the waiter agreed to take it off the bill. Not one "sorry, here you go" from any of 3 wait staff.When paying, the manager refused to take the last meal off the bill. He said we were lying and he had video CCTV to prove it (but wouldn't bother to check...) Why did the waiter agree? Why didn't he ask the 3 waitresses that served us?We didn't want to make a scene but he certainly did - the customers looking on weren't impressed. He made personal remarks about us. Unprofessional, petty and pretty dumb. Likely not to last under current management."

"Had a hankering for meat and saw that this place supplies and the brasilia platter worked well for delivery. the variety of meats was perfectly cooked, could not fail. came with sauces, soggy chips, which I did not eat, and salate no sign of the brotes that is in the description on the delivery menu, but apparently not on the in-store menu. the prices seem high, but I guess all Brazilian places here are expensive I often get a pack of a place I think has less meat, but has drilled, rice and kassava that would help fogos plate. good meat."

"Since Cafe Giulia is so nasty about having dogs in their cafe I think I should warn everyone who has a furkid. There is no table service in this cafe and the only way you can order is at the cashier at the front. Menu...is on a board behind the cashier so the way to go is to order, then walk to the back where dogs were suppossedly allowed, and wait for your food/ drinks. Note that menu is extensive and you might need a min or two before you could make up your mind on your order. Less than 30 seconds since I stepped foot into the cafe, an older and stout gentlement wearing an apron walked up to me. He clapped his hands, and went Out. no dogs allowed. Word for word. I was stunned for a second, and explained I will order my food then move to the back. He 's like Nope. No dogs allowed at the front. Out. So I asked how else can I order my food? He ignored me. So I said to him You are not very friendly arent you? He totally disregarded me and walked away. There are so many ways to put a message across but cafe giulia has chosen to treat me like this. He could have a) Told me dogs are not allowed at the front. Move to the back and someone will take my order given this special situation. b) Allowed me to order and quickly move my dog to the back. He has showed no remorse in his action when I told him he 's not being nice to me. Wow. I have been patronising Cafe Giulia for 8 years. And you just lost a customer forever. ps: I own a tiny maltese cross shihtsu"
