"I am a regular customer at this place. 3255 rutherford rd in concord. I didn't go to breakfast long ago and we sat, but to serve lasted long. with the time when eating came to us, it was not good. refilling on coffee took long....So, to the bill lasted long. the main office said they will contact the owner there. never heard of him. I contacted him. he said the office didn't tell him about my complaint. Who should believe that? when I told myself about my composition, he defended his restaurant and his workers. he had nothing good to say about the office. I didn't want a free meal from this, but he doesn't even offer me a free coffee when I go back. He spoke so much about his restaurant that he wasn't even worried about my complaint. I tried to contact me again and again, but a woman there under the name sarah ignores me and does not return my re-orientation. this is not professional at all in my office I did not receive any email from them. owner called me, was not nice and very ugly. he was very defensive. he didn't even offer me a free coffee. they defend him on his side, not professional. ."

"I hace bien here twice, the first time for dinner and the second time for lynch and I have to say that is a very good option of you want good price and good quality. Of course is not a Michelin star restaurant but is more than acceptable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Is one of my options when I am in Toronto"

"As a visitor from Europe I was excited to go for breakfast in a Diner. It was of course not my first experience of one, but this was nothing special and in fact just a little disappointing. Neither I nor my guest were bowled over by the food, although the service was friendly enough."

"The lunch card is enough to satisfy every taste. from pizza, burger to salat and sandwiches. we have chosen the Calamari app to go with our packings and salads. it was quite good.better than the keg last night for 2x the amount of money. not over boiled at...all, very delicate, although small rings. my crispy chicken salad was delicious and the part was filled..infact I couldn't eat anything. the packaging was very good, as the service. consistent quality from location to location."

"We got into Vaughan on a Saturday night and after checking into our hotel we went to the St. Louis Bar and Grill for dinner. Our waitress was terrific! She was very welcoming and friendly to us first-time Canada visitors. They had a taco special going on and two of us had that. My husband had fish and chips and my son had wings. Everyone loved their food. The beer was good and they offer some great desserts too.Good strong coffee too.We were very pleased with our experience and so glad we chose to go there.Prices are reasonable too."

"Generally, when it comes to Fast Food restaurant outlets if you have been to one you have been to them all, but the excellent service at this location makes it standout. The young lady working the counter was friendly and courteous, the employee preparing my order worked effectively and quickly. My fast food was fast, hot, appetizing and delicious."

"We decided to try wimpy's for the first time may 14/17 for mothers day breakfast. Not too busy yet its 0900 am while standing and waiting to be notice for at least 10 mins, we decided to sit down, their are 3 tables that is...free. Server brought the menu and offer and order drinks. And when served the drinks she asked are we ready to order, I told her to give us few minutes. Server stated it may take 20 mins for your order its very busy now. I said its ok. Menu for kids have colouring portions I ask for crayons for my children, she said she is busy right now and I gave her a look and she grab 1 crayon. she is rushing us, no greetings or she is not so happy served at this time. So my younger child stated she is so mean mom. I just told my kids probably she is tired. Didn't offer any refill coffee, or water so we asked other server. lastly when my husband paid in the casher, she came back and asked my husband to see the receipt and she said I need to collect my money. With poor service we had, my husband still give her tip but her attitude, I told my husband you should nit give her tip."
