"Dine in experience is pleasant. Changes have been made and the presentation of food is much more appealing now. The sirloin is a bit tough so upgrade to the better cuts if you're expecting a tender steak."

"The journey to this cafe is very calming and picturesque. Marinas along the way. Water views. The road is narrow and windy, and many people are biking this route. When you arrive, the restaurant sits along the water front with a marina view. I recommend the patio if the weather permits. We started with drinks and coconut prawns. We shared the snapper burger and fries with a cup of chowder. Assume of the best seafood chowder I've had. It was amazing! For dessert, I highly recommend the carrot cake. Moist, flakey, creamy frosting with maple whip cream. The staff was attentive, and the restaurant was clean. A must go!Vegetarian options: Falafel wrap or rice bowl, salads"

"I rarely eat here, but I picked up an order for a friend last night, the people working there were very friendly and polite.The only problem I had was that the door was a bit hard to open from my wheelchair.Inside, there is plenty of room for wheelchairs, I'm not sure of the restrooms as I didn't need to use them.The two times I ordered from here, the food was really good.I would highly recommend this place.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is a bit too hard to open, but the inside has plenty of space for wheelchairs."

"Longer lineup but they flew thru it at the drivethru and Wendy's by woodgrove is always top shelf. Recommend the #4 or spicy chicken burger add cheese and bacon and u got a delicious lunch or dinner. Also the Ceasar side salad is high line compared to others for excellent price, the dressing is the best I've had and real shaved parmesan cheese and real bacon make for a amazing salad. My 1st choice when in Nanaimo. Keep up the quality guys. Keeping that bar set high and it costs less than smeat on a bun like you know who chain. 3x better"

"The Original Impossible burger was well made and they happily substituted their Triple-O sauce (which has animal stuff in it) with just mustard and ketchup. I think their plant-based burger is the best of the fast-food variety in town."

"Visiting my sister from Lethbridge we went to the brass bell for lunch and at my request went back 2 more times for dinner. Staff is so awesome, food is amazing, had so much fun. Can’t wait to go back on my next visit. LOVE the Brass Bell."
