"I have gone here probably 50 times and out of those 50 times has probably been 20 times that my order has been messed up. I am so tired of spending my money and not getting my order by the time I get home the order is not all there. Somethings always missing, if it’s the wrong drink size, it’s the fries that are filled half full or an item completely missing and then I try and call no one answers the phone. I was there this last time on January 20, 2024 at 8:35 PM order number 44 I ordered 3/4 pounders one fish fillet and I get home and a quarter pounder is missing. I called 10 times last night no answer I get up on the 21st and called five times no answer poor service for quality for everything. Shame on you for taking advantage of your customers"

"This was my first time at this restaurant as I just moved to MN! To start, the food was very good. I?m vegan and I appreciate the tasty vegan food options. However, our server (Amelia) did a horrible job. We waited about 20 minutes without any servicebefore finally asking an employee walking by if we had a server. Our server finally came over to get our order, which we orderedapps, cocktails, and our entrees. She brought our apps out after 20 minutes and asked my husband if he got his drink yet, whichhe hadn?t but I had gotten mine. She said she would go check and then literally never came back. Another person brought out ourentrees and refilled our waters. She then came back and asked us how everything was and then said she forgot to come tell usthat they were missing an ingredient for the drink? which she later realized they did have so he finally got his cocktail after45 minutes. I asked if we could order dessert and she said she?d bring menus which of course she never did. We finally justasked her to bring a box and our check. She was very underwhelming and she ruined our first experience at this restaurant whichmakes me not want to go back. Also as we were walking out of the restaurant we could hear other employees yelling Amelia?s name.We ended up going elsewhere to get dessert."

"Great food and very friendly staff! Try a combo- BLT, wild rice soup, and red potato salad. All so delicious AND plant based! The place is a bit hard to find from the outside. It's in the Alliance Bank building next to the parking ramp on floor 2 in the food court. We missed it coming up the steps as you should turn right vs left into the food court. Keep looping if you miss it and you'll get there."

"Came in for drinks on a slow Tuesday night. It was really warm outside but in here it was nice and cool. Drinks were cheap for a normal bar and not happy hour. A bottle of Bud Light and a Summit EPA came to 9.50 before tip. That's cheap for this town.Didn't try the food but I have heard good things about it."

"Steve O's is like a modern day Cheers, for real real real! People are so friendly and welcoming! The first time I left, people came and sat with me and talked, another time I went in a bunch of people, greeted me cordially. Last time I was with a friend, I saw someone sitting alone, and a group made a point to make him hang with them. The food is always good! Burgers, the club sandwich, stuffed zets... so good. The last time I was there, the note was a bit fried and the waitress was AWFUL, but I choose to see that as a aberration and will soon be back - hopefully with another waitress!"
