"The space is much improved over previous businesses. There is a covered courtyard area that expands seating and provides a lot of light into the whole space. I've been coming here from time to time over a year now for coffees and lunches, sometimes on my own, often with coworkers. The menu is constantly shifting and always interesting, although there are only a few options at a given time. We've also made trips down just for milkshakes, which are simply amazing. And I just realised today that some of the coffees can be served over ice, for a lighter summer treat. It would be a shame to not mention the service. I've always found the ladies to be friendly, helpful and often entertaining."

"We came last night 16/7/15 booked a table for 10. When we arrived we were shown to our table and asked if we wanted any drinks. It was fairly busy for a Thursday night, which is always a good sign. <br/>We ordered some starters, I had the garlic bread which I shared with my hubby. $7 but it said a baguette and it wasn 't. More like normal bread cut into triangles. Nice though.<br/>I ordered the mushroom tagliatelle $18.90 with added chicken for $3 extra. I really wanted the crispy skin salmon that 's on the menu, but they have stop doing it. Oh well. The tagliatelle came and my husband said straight away 'jeez the mushrooms are abit burnt ' but I tried it anyway, and ate nearly all of it because I was hungry. But it did leave a charred mushroom taste in my mouth, so I didn 't enjoy it as much as I 'd liked. <br/>My husband ordered the Brew 'd prime beef burger $20.90 with added onion rings $2 and it was absolutely massive. Hahaha He loved it though. My mother in law had the fish and chips which looked really good and my son 's girlfriend ordered a pizza which looked very good too. <br/>For dessert I ordered the creme brulee and it was good! Very good!<br/>The service was perfect, the atmosphere good, yes it was a good night. But I won 't be having the tagliatelle again. We will be back. <br/>Carpark round the back too. Bonus!"

"Dropped in to grab the Welly on a Plate Burger and was greeted by a friendly girl. She said we could sit anywhere as it was very quiet.<br/>The place was nice and had different seating areas/styles and was quite spaced out.<br/>The burger didn't take very long and the waitress took the time to explain the different elements of the burger which we really appreciated.<br/>Burger was bloody delicious! Pulled pork with maple candied bacon with whipped blue cheese in an apple glazed donut bun! So good!! Did not skip on anything!<br/>The only downside was the lack of acknowledgement for all our praises.<br/>I just want them to know that we loved it!"

"This is my usual fish and chip shop, I took one star off as there is the odd occasion when things are hit and miss but usually its pretty good. The chicken burgers are delicious and you get a crazy amount of chicken in them. The lasagne squares rock to! Reasonably priced and the chips are always good!"

"Popped into Queen of Jackson with a friend after a matinee performance of a play. We ordered 3 plates..duck liver mousse..wagyu beef dumplings...and smoked salmon wings. Yum yum yum!! The waitress was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back"

"I went to the crooked elm for dinner last night with my family, and despite it being busy the food and service was phenomenal! Great vegetarian options and the pies are just awesome! Really cool cozy atmosphere inside the pub as well! The Staff/team were so lovely and made us feel welcome! Highly recommend the crooked elm, we will be back soon!"

"Beautiful location and the food is delicious however very overpriced which is understandable I guess due to the nice location. I will be going back there occasionally but personally if I weigh up the food price and the cost it is not really worth it. Overall it is nice to go back occasionally as the view is incredible, friendly service and the food is ok."

"I was feeling hungry after a long morning and decided to enter this wonderful and warm place. Exquisite food and coffees! The mushroom and cheese croissant was delicious. Very peaceful atmosphere with nice music and impeccable service. I will definitely come back"
