"It used to be my favorite café, not anymore. Today: A long Mac top extra shot didn't taste stronger than Blend 43. I wonder if they changed their coffee, as I always found, to be a great mix of good bitter notes and... a fruity taste. The server could not remember when I ordered my coffee with or without sugar. Or if she actually made sugar from coffee or not. We also ordered two Omelettes. Only one arrived. The other one was apparently not ordered. Oh good time to find a new café"

"I'm really impressed with Grill'd at Vic Park. I had not been here for a while so when I came recently, I was really amazed - did they recently renovate or something? Cause the interior looks awesome, verg cozy to hang out and chill! Staffs here were pretty friendly and accomodating too, especially with my last minute request to change the bread and cut the bread into half - thanks for that man! <br>

Grill'd had also recently introduced new menu like the schnitzel burgers series, veggie vitality, sheperd's delight and few more. It's nice to see new menu popping up every now and then!<br>

I ordered the Sheperd's delight - dijon mustard, shaved parmesan, fresh slaw and egg mayo with tasty thick and juicy lamb meat. Unfortunately the slaw tasted a bit off (soury?) and sort of ruined the overall taste of the lamb burger. I probably go back to my usual favorite baa baa burger the next time I feel like having myself a lamb burger.<br>

I also tried the new avocado chip which was decent but not really worth the $11.90 price tag."

"I wrote this review because the other reviews are a bit rough. Place is always clean, food is just like every other McDonalds.... Sometimes they are a little slow to wipe the tables down, but hey... There are kids running the show like ever other McDonalds. That's why your burgers are so cheap. Remember your first job..... If you want gourmet burgers that are still in a chain store go up to Flipside in Como... Pay $15.00 a burger, get great service, great taste, fresh as food, but .... Pay three times the amount... McDonalds is just convenient, fast, clean, and a training ground for young kids looking to get a start in the workforce.... Five bucks... Chips, burger and a friggen coke."

"The Precinct has always been one of my favourite go-to places; to either have a delicious drink or to devour some heavenly food. The ambient atmosphere and service is always something you can count on to be amazing. And this was no exception last night when my Mom and I came in for shelter from the chilly night air for my 21st birthday. Hoping for a warm drink of some sorts, we were glad to be sipping a heart-warming mulled wine soon. Not long after we enjoyed some cauliflower, chickpeas, and arancini balls, we were stuffed. And then a wonderful surprise came; a special birthday brownie! It really made the day extra wonderful - so thank you to all the amazing staff and chefs who were working yesterday for an unforgettable night and even greater brownie!! :D"

"Value, Value, ValueI can't recall going to a new restaurant (anywhere) in living memory where I have walked out thinking " that was a great meal at a good price point. ...and .... with friendly service" ????It was with some trepidation that the Beloved and I entered E&O in Vic Park tonight. Being seated in a quiet part of the sparsely furnished but somewhat over lit room did not fill me with great expectations.... The diverse range of culinary options smacked of "first timers" trying just a bit too hard to please everyone. A glass of Pinot Gris and a Single Malt on the rocks with a bottle of sparkling water came quickly and with a smile.... (Did I mention it was a Laphroaig Single Malt....For $9... In Perth??? WTF? ?? )When the beloved's prawn entrée was tasted... It was a case of "Shut The Front Door!!!" These are great!!!I'm not driving....so +1 on the $9 Single Malt Scotch... as we sit there eating our words and remarking how we should know better than to judge a book by the cover... E&O is no oil painting, it doesn't have the hipster coffee shop tunes, it doesn't have burgers, onion rings or anything pulled (with pickles) it doesnt have anything "trendy" or pretentious at all... It just is. and Thank F...k !!!! The Beloved's Barramundi and Salad and my Pork Belly with Scallops arrives shortly after the delightfully quiet and polite waitress has insisted on clearing and replacing ALL the crockery and cutlery on the table with fresh/clean items.... (am I in a Perth time warp? ??? No one does that any more???)As well as being light, fresh and perfectly cooked the serves are fricken ENORMOUS. .. each mouthful reiterates that this is very good value for money.OK so not everything was perfect... there were a few minor things not even worth mentioning..because overall this has to be a new Perth HIDDEN GEM... run... don't walk as I predict they will be busier as word gets out.I just hope enough people read this review and decide to bypass the bigger, older existing venues and give them a try to ensure they continue this standard... because, let's face it... Vic Park/Perth has many "high end/trendy" eateries that charge a small fortune for not much food and so so service.... along with an abundance of cheaper and mostly awful lunch/dinner venues that pile mediocre food with chips/bread to give the perception of "value" through size but fail on quality/service ....but nothing (in recent times) comes close to the overall Value for Money and Quality of food we experienced at this new Albany Highway eatery."
