"We stopped for lunch on our way through. All the tables were dirty and the garbage were all full with garbage piled up- including the garbage outside. The benches had food at the back of the seats. One of the stalls in the women's washroom...was closed with a note stating it was out of toilet paper (not sure why it was not replenished). The floor was very dirty and I expect it had not been washed in a very long time. The food was good and the staff taking our order did a fine job .....however, they must not be trained to clean properly. Good Management is definitely lacking!"

"This restaurant is easy to miss, as it's not advertised on the outside of the Lodge at all. Having already been on the road for a while without breakfast we were very glad to find it. Prices were a tad high, but we expected that in a resort community, and the food was excellent. Scrambled eggs were light and fluffy and perfectly seasoned. Waitress was attentive and friendly."

"We had a group dinner people) and one couple had to send back their food as it was cold (not even lukewarm). After we had left a few other members of our table expressed that they also realize their food wasn’t served warm but...had already started and didn’t want to voice their concerns. I understand that a group of can have varying preparation times but the restaurant wasn’t overly busy so this was a bit shocking to us. The returned plates did come back appropriately and the staff were very helpful and friendly"

"This is a great little restaurant. Locals don't seem to support it,but it's excellent. We both had probably The. Best. Steak. In. The. Crowsnes Pass.The steak was perfect and the roasted vegetables were delicious. Service was friendly and more than adequate. Price was super reasonable. That was our 4th meal at Antigua and all have been very good."

"On the way back from Columbia Falls, MT we stopped at The Bridge Bistro in Fernie for breakfast. MY date had steak and eggs and I had a chorizo skillet. The coffee was good to warm us up and recharge our senses. The food was...served with ample portions and it was fresh and delicious. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food."

"We were in Fernie during the summer and ordered food to take away. Upon arrival, the place was very slow with very few customers. I was thinking uh-oh maybe the food isn't great. Wrong. The food exceeded all expectations. Came out promptly, hot and plentiful....Prices seemed on par with other pub style restaurants and it's a cut above in terms of flavour."

"It was a neat place with a lot of local flare. Kind of rustic with animals on the wall along with ski stuff. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Burgers and sweet potato fries were good. Another had the wings and felt they weren't anything outstanding. Appears to be some night life there but it was a Tuesday and seemed to be filled with locals. Nice spot for casual dinner. I understand they have a great breakfast buffet on Sundays. Stop in."
