"Evening meal. I had roast. While my partner's meal seemed ok mine was tasteless - both meat and roasted vegetables. The mint sauce was about the only thing with any taste. Won't be back."

"Stumbled upon this hidden gem whilst withdrawing money from the ANZ next door. The decor and ambiance were exquisite, Buddhist water features, scented candles everywhere, pleasant music which wasn't too loud, and a very comfy lounge area at the front if you didn't want to sit at a table. We only wanted a coffee, which was yummy by the way. However, after being cajoled by whom I presume was the owner, to look at the menu, we couldn't, resist and stayed for lunch. My husband had the Pork Belly, which he assured everyone it was the best he had ever had, and I had the Risotto of the day - wild mushroom! I tend to have Risotto wherever we go, and that one was right up there with one of the best. Our service was attentive, quick, professional, and I must admit, quite amusing, Lovely down to earth owners who were chatty and entertaining.We are so glad to have somewhere new to stop in for a meal, a wine, or just a chat, when we pass through Shepparton once a week. Highly Recommended!"

"This was a great little gluten free café but although you can still order and purchase food for home the café closed a couple of years ago due to the business expanding. Would absolutely love to see it reopen in a larger premises. The food and service were fantastic. Vale Palmira's Cafe"

"The food is excellent and the services outstanding. The whole atmosphere of the place, packed with original Indigenous art and beautiful pictures of the past. Please do not leave without trying the pancakes and muntries glaze. I am in Shepparton for a short stay and I keep coming back."

"You can usually judge a place by how they cope under pressure and unfortunately you failed. When there is a full house you should ensure that you have enough staff to cope with the inevitable breakfast rush especially on a lazy Sunday morning. Having paid for the buffet breakfast we waited half an hour for the buffet to be replenished and then after that wait the eggs, bacon etc were cold. I then had to ask for more pastries and was advised there was 10-15 minute wait. The coffee machine broke down and I was not offered an alternative. The waiters whilst efficient in clearing were NOT efficient or intuitive to see the bay Marie's that needed replenishing, or that the juices were completely empty, guests had to ask for food...... Poor Service, very disappointed. Lets just say that the refurbished room was nice but my morning was spoilt by a cold breakfast and no coffee or juice. Would I be back, probably not."
