"Black tiny hair in the fries. Really disgusting, but it's happened twice now. I don't think it's human hair but fabric from clothing. Means your employees are touching their clothes or pulling up their pants while making food. Also please stop puttingthe napkins and ketchup packets on top of the fries. It just makes both greasy and gross. They should go underneath."

"My family always hits the drive through here on our way up to Mt Hood. They have never gotten our order correct. There’s always a problem. They always forget stuff, or put entirely the wrong food in our bag. Today we decided to go inside so we could verify our order before we were already driving away. After 25 minutes after we placed our order, we still had no food. When we did finally get our food, the cashier told us, “make sure we didn’t forget anything.” Isn’t that your job? Anyway Half of our order was missing, which took another 10 minutes to remedy. We finally got our food and left. Our food was cold. Not only was my burger cold, it had nothing on it. Just a patty. My fries were also cold, way undercooked and didn’t even have salt on them. I ended up just going hungry, because it was totally innedible. We weren’t the only ones that had a problem today. Every person that came in was rolling their eyes waiting and waiting. Some lady ended up demanding a refund, because it took so long to fulfill the order, that her food was cold by the time she got it. There were multiple customers trying to get their order fixed because they didn’t get the right food or were missing items. The employees seemed 100% clueless as how to manage their tasks and work as a team. There seemed to be zero leadership when things were failing miserably. And best of all no one seemed to really care the place was metaphorically on fire and burning to the ground."

"What a FIND! Finally we have a great restaurant in Gresham! Jackpot Bistro has lottery, but you go for the food! Everything is homemade, and I mean everything. They even make their own angry beef for the reefs. Ingredients are fresh and, if possible, locally used. Service was top notch. This is a small restaurant, and from outside, seems to be a gambling place, but wait until you get a taste of their food. I dared to compare any food in Portland! We had the cod and salmon oscar served over cauliflower rice and asparagus, poblano chicken corn chowder and tempura asparagus with diving sauce (it comes with ranch but you have other options. Drinks and beverage prices are amazing... $2.50 good and $3,50 craft beer, bottle or design. Currently this is the best secret in Gresham, but I share the secret! You will not be disappointed!"

"I had some pasta with bacon in it and... I had maybe 4 or 5 bits of bacon, which was soggy and had hardly any flavor as it had been in the cheese stuff too long. Perhaps they will add it last on top in the future to ensure the crunch/creamy texture profile. The taste of the rest of the cheesy noodles was good but really, really heavy and overwhelmed the bacon flavor."

"Stopped by on our way home from camping 3 nights in Mt. Hood. I ordered the pulled pork torta and it was beyond amazing. Hubby got a burger with homemade marinated brown sugar and bourbon pickles. That was also amazing! Cool vibes, looks like an old church and tons of artwork on the walls. the owner was very friendly. Definitely would like to stop by when they have live music."
