"According to my fellow foodies and the silence at our table, the burgers were delicious. We ordered a couple of Wild West’s, a Sir Truffle, a cheese and bacon and some Grill’d chips. <br/ We stuck to water for our drinks. The bottles needed a wash on the outside and the glasses were just as gross.<br/ Food arrived in under 10 minutes.<br/ Beers available on premises.<br/ Cleverly marketed, your standard burger is $14-$18 on average but when you order its sell, sell, sell. Do you want avocado on your burger? Sauces with your chips? Drinks with your meal? For 4 budget conscious adults and one small child our meals came to $68 in total. (We declined the extras and stuck to tap water. <br/ The Grill’d franchises put a lot of training into their staff and it shows at Hillarys. The customer service was top notch, apart from the sales pitch. The team bounced of each other and there was a really great energy about the place. The lady that brought our food out was superb and took time to engage with us and other tables, to see everything was ok.<br/ The venue was very trendy, upbeat and busy. For a cold winters evening this certainly was the most popular place at Hillarys.<br/ Very family friendly. Colouring in paper and crayons available to keep the little ones busy while waiting for their meal. High chairs also available.<br/ Lots of parking nearby, but be prepared to walk a few minutes to front door.<br/ Overall, we had a great dinner out with no drama. Food was fresh and delicious and did not disappoint. Will be back."

"The food here is good and the ambience great . We had asked for the mulled wine but they ran out of stock.. So we stuck to the traditional wheat beers, lager and mango beers.<br/ <br/ For mains we ordered the pork knuckle with sauerkraut and the currywurst sausage with spetzel : it was delicious but I still prefer the ones we get at Berlin : <br/ <br/ Our friends ordered the steak and mashed and the currywurst with wedges... wedges were yummm <br/ <br/ Overall, had a great Friday night out.. would definitely go back..<br/ <br/ I do recommend reserving a table for dinner as the place gets busy!!!"

"Amazing cafe! Definatly a fine dining experience : Went for breakfast with 8 siblings and the food was presented beautifully and tasted amazing! Had the waffles with chocolate ganache oozing on top! Fresh strawberries and berries. The coffee and service was excellent. Amazing view of the beach to top it off ! 100% worth it ! : definatly going back !"

"First time here and absolutely fantastic, top class service, quick and efficient. Food was just spot on, the roast dinner was one of the best my wife has had she said, and my pasta was perfectly cooked with just enough chilli. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.Well done Chapters."

"2 adults and 2 kids (who ate free...sort of), on a Monday night. Not the most challenging of orders, but the service was attentive, speedy and accurate, and the venue ambience was very comfortable clean. The food was 2 fish and chips (1 adult, 1 kids), a salt and pepper squid salad and a Hawaiian pizza (kids). Our kids are big eaters so we also got a garlic bread to share amongst the family, and an extra bowl of chips. A pint and a large LemonLime Bitters total bill was $90, very reasonable. <br/>All was very pleasant and food was to expectation. Was the busiest of the venues in Hillary’s tonight, and with good reason absolutely no issues nor let downs here, will be back again, and hope to try something more elaborate next time after a good first experience. 3 stars overall, and an extra 1 for helpful but not overbearing service."
