"While visiting Hiawassee, GA, we stopped in this little diner. The service was really good. The server was friendly and fast. I'm a huge fan of country fried steak and eggs, so when i saw it on the menu, that's what I ordered along with a side of blueberry pancakes. Everything was good except the country Fried Steak. You could tell it came from the freezer. The pancakes had fresh blueberries in them and were delightful. I'd recommend stopping in on Fridays when they have live music :"

"If you want a huge steak for a reasonable price this is your place. My sirloin was about 22.00 and I got 3 meals out of it. The baked potato was huge and cooked perfectly. I only wish the steak was cooked on a broiler and not fried. Also it could have had some seasoning on it. That is a big oval platter under the steak and potato."

"The restaurant was filthy and smelled like garbage. The drink station was sopping wet with sticky drinks/melted ice and covered with soggy straw wrappers and scattered lids. The man that took our order was not even paying attention, he got 3 things wrongafter we waited 20 minutes on our food. (We were the only family in the restaurant) Then we paid $10 for 2 hot fudge Sundays,waited 10 minutes on those and the fudge was cold and stiff. Good self hygiene needs to be a requirement to work with thepublic, especially in food and this place was clearly slacking in that."

"Such a laid back environment which was exactly what we were looking for. The entire staff were very welcoming and the location is extremely dog friendly. Highly recommended and we will be back! The views at sunset also do not disappoint."

"We came here and I ordered a lil hawg plate. That plate comes with 2 meats and 2 sides. When I received my plate, the smoked sausage was not fit to eat and was crispy and hard. Another in our group received his plate which was a 3 meat combo platter. He only received half of the meat that would usually come with that plate and his smoked sausage was burnt. The manager tried to tell him that it was a sampler plate. We also had ants crawling on us and the table. They took 25% off of one meal and brought meat to replace what was not right. Do not go to this restaurant. The manager is not helpful and doesn't know his menu after 4 years of being here. The bathroom floors are also sticky."
