"Our experience was great! Our server was absolutely fantastic cheery and attentive. Our server was honestly what made our experience great and she absolutely deserves recognition for the hard work she is doing. She had red hair but I can’t remember her name. The only thing that could have been better was the beef from the carvery was too chewy to eat, but the gamon and turkey were fantastic and the chef at the carvery was great he went to check the oil used on the carrots and potatoes as I have allergies he even brought the bottle out for me to have a read which was very reassuring."

"My partner and I visited today. Soup wasn't up to much, fish was cardboardish and macaroni was stodgy like it had been reheated in the microwave and garlic bread was solid. Also asked for mushy peas and I received a portion of squashed garden peas but we found same vary amusing. To make things worse the little chef was sat on the counter chewing away at his fingers and pissing about on his phone. We have been before and it was ok but definitely won't be back. We were the only ones in the restaurant and I think that sums it up. We only had to pay for the drinks which came to a reasonable £4."

"Utterly fabulous. Staff are great and leave you to enjoy the company you are with. Very laid back atmosphere and food was lovely. There were a few things that they ran out of but managed to get a beautiful meal and lovely drinks. They barmen are wonderful and knowledgeable about all menus and make changes where needed. Will certainly go back."

"For the first time visit the kirkcaldy shop. easy to find the most dinge, asked a coworker to help me find something, and she was very helpful, so much, she went all the length of the business with me to show me what I was after. only negatiw would be the card only checkout. machine it took a few minutes to try to get the machine to accept my card, a worker came a few times tried before the machine would begin to work."

"Beautiful and easy on the bag. a whole day breakfast pancake with 3 strips bacon (£7.99,) a suppe and half-sandwich(£4.99) served with craps, coleslaw and salat, 2 hot drinks, under £18! Service employees were polite and accommodating. especially thanks to yasmin, who was so patient with me, as I cannot decide to go for lenses or the hot tomat soup, she brought me a taste booster. the suppe and the sandwich were generously cut, pancake was very delicious, definitely back."
