"I stayed at the Holiday Inn right next door. Because I was a party of one I was seated immediately. The portions are HUGE and I believe the prices were very fair. The alfredo is home made- a little on the fresh side (needing a little more seasoning) but still good."

"Very friendly people. Good food. I never had hush puppies. Very good. They are only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I was on the highway looking for a place to eat. That looked great and I was already in the SC, but I turned around and it was worth the trip. I really needed a break from driving."

"The server was great and very helpful. The food was ordered just like us and the burger was delicious. The Ranch Dressing was also really good! Friendly atmosphere, friendly people who work there, and timely service with good food. You can't ask for more!"

"Yes, the food is amazing hands down! Chef Dan and his kitchen staff are the real deal! Now from somone who has been in the reasturant managment business for over 20 years and 31 years in the entertainment business I need to point out a couple things.First thing is the staff, with the employee shortage across the country this team works Thursday Sunday and most of them working doubles and consistently on a wait everyday and they have always exceeded my expectations from the time I walk in to the time I leave!Second, atmosphere when I first walked in on St. Patty's Day 2022 the place was bigger than I expected and was decked out with Tiki and Island decor with a nice touch of St. Patrick's decorations! Never seen this place dirty and I have visited often as it's only a few minutes from where I live.Third, like I said I have been in the hospitality industry for corporate and small business owners for some time and the one thing that sticks out to me are the owners! John and Susie hands down the heart of this operation! Even though they are short staffed I can honestly say they work hard and enjoy doing the things to help their staff succeed like bussing tables, sweeping, running food, changing the trash, whiping of tables, greeting and seating people,etc. As I watch sitting back in my favorite corner of the restaurant, I see them interacting with guests and always with a smile on their face!Now to the one thing I think could be improved are the bathrooms situation. They are located outside of Tillys and from what I have noticed the bathrooms are shared with the Harbor Light Marina and a lot of boaters from the lake use it frequently! Nice bathrooms just need tidied more often."
