"Had a quarter chicken from opporto, and did like the taste of it. Seemed to much oil in the sauce used, otherwise was very nice in taste. Since food was delivered, don't know about the ambience"

"Restaurant looked closed and unprepared for guests (we had made a booking). Service was lacking and the food was over cooked. Salad was drowning in dressing. Staff didn’t seem to be trained in waiting! Suggest you try elsewhere."

"We came to TGIs very excited as it's the only one in NSW.The starters and sharing items were amazing and enjoyed by all. Lots of variety.Main 1 steak and mash was ordered as Medium Well, it was very bloody. The mash was good so, covered it up.Main 2 Memphis Burger, not enough sauce, so had to use the sauces left over from the starters.Main 3 Texas Ribs, no spare bowl to put the bones, too dry. Main 4 Wood Smoked chicken was extremley dry and did not look like the image see attached.The manager did assist with this item, but only after tracking her down. The server just said many times, that's how it is served and was not very helpful.Unlikely to come back."

"Stopped in on impulse after shopping at Macquarie Centre. The only negative criticism I have is that actually getting to the restaurant from the centre is not intuitive. Once I was there the service was extremely attentive. I had the burger with waffle fries. One of the best gourmet burgers I have ever had. I would definitely go back just for that. Looking around at other tables everything looked delicious."
