"So we were there at midnight and there were only two more tables. We just waited for a short time for the waiter who was really nice and even hats and coloring stuff for my children who did not get the server. The reason I didn't have five stars is because there is one of the more expired steak and shakes I was, and I understand it's an older building, but maintenance and routine cleaning should be made independent. The bathrooms were greasy along with the walls in the dining room, as if they had just mopped the floor and cleaned nothing else. The food was good and my burger was right and not greasy so the condition of the location was much down"

"After many years living in this area, my spouse wanted to try this bar restaurant for an informal lunch in between errands on the Boston Post Rd. We took a couple of drinks at the bar, which was excellent and in my humble opinion wouldn’t look out of place in a Manhattan club, see pix. My spouse was very happy with his medium-rare burger, and the couple of waffle fries I stole from him were the best I’ve ever had! : D At first the barman looked a bit weird, possibly because he had never seen us before, which I found a bit odd. But we can overlook the cold reception considering that 2020 was a terrible year for bars and restaurants, and some people are still stressed out."
