"This is a health food/supplement/grocery store that also has a juice bar/sandwich counter inside. The store has a lot of supplements and plenty of vegan specialty food. Though they don’t carry everything you can think of, I did see some follow your heart vegan honey mustard that I haven’t seen elsewhere, so I bought it. Prices are pretty reasonable for the items when compared to prices on those same items elsewhere. There is a medium sized bulk items section, but you might find more of the common staples at sprouts just around the corner. The herb section was pretty big (I thought), though I’m no herbalist, so I’m not sure that I would know what you even do with most of that stuff. The store is not vegan, there is honey on tap, and there are also bone broth/paleo supplements and weird fad diet books galore, so there’s the good the bad and the weird to be found here, but it seems like a useful store. I can see myself comparison shopping for prices on toiletry/beauty products between here and sprouts. As for the sandwich/juice bar: I didn’t get juice, so no comment there. The first thing I thought I was going to order, the chicken of the soy sandwich, turned out to have egg in it (which you can’t tell that from reading the menu). I ended up getting the veggie burger and veggie pita, and splitting each with my husband. Each came with kettle barbecue chips (which were vegan, but I still read the ingredients listed on the bag to be sure), and tabbouleh, which was very good. The workers were both very nice, but I could tell they were stressed out and frazzled by the lunch rush, and asked me more than once if I had ordered already (I had). It was at least a 15 minute wait for the sandwiches, but I wasn’t in a huge hurry, so, no big deal. I could tell that many of the other customers who arrived and ordered before I did were not as laid back about the delay. Overall, I’m glad this place is here and exists, since there are so few vegan options in Modesto, but I will probably not go here again as long as TNK vegan cafe is open. I felt a little stressed out just watching them, since it’s an open counter set up."

"1st time here, always wanted to try this place. finally came, but on a time crunchy. I said that rod, and they were excellent in delivery. I knew I wanted the crab sandwich from the reviews. So shared me and my hubby that and it was amazing. it tasted so fresh and the garlic frits were also amazing. we look forward to coming back and exploring the menu when we have more time. best breakfast experience in the city so far."

"Rolled up to Dan's today and there were a ton of cars outside. There were about 3 or 4 people waiting for food. We placed our order for the family combo with half tritip and half hot links. For sides we ordered two mac and cheese and one chili beans. The order also comes with sides of Texas toast. It was a ton of food! And their spicy BBQ sauce is so good and adds that extra heat for those who like it spicy! Only had to wait about 15 minutes so not bad at all for the amount of people before us!"

"Great place with great service. Didn't even have to ask for a refill on my drink and I drink my drinks pretty fast. It was nice to keep my glass full. This is my biggest pet. It's been a long time since I went to a restaurant that kept my glass full of Lol. Nice clean place food was very delicious. Go back to this place soon!"

"I've been to Fuzios a couple of yrs ago and it was a great experience..yesterday I took my daughter and the service was great ..the hostess was so sweet and tentative and the presentation of our food was so nice we couldn't wait to dig in...but unfortunately the food wasn't quite what I remembered...left feeling a little disappointed but it must've been a fluke because all previous encounters here had been so wonderful...gonna have to give it a try again another night..."

"Papa Burger just the way I like it. Special orders don’t upset them. I’m a picky eater and they are happy to accommodate me. Very artsy and eclectic look which I love. Always service with a smile. In a hurry, let them know and they’ll treat you right. The prices are fantastic. I highly recommend the Barkin Dog. Where else can you have a burger and enjoy cool art and chandeliers? What are you waiting for? Head on our there and tell them that Tom sent you."
