"It took ten minutes from the time when we had set ourselves to our order, and another 23 minutes for our order (the lunch special). so something about half an hour, which should be much less in this style of the restaurant. service was...marginal, and while we saw our server here and there tend to different things, it would have been nice to check in with us in a timely wise. the quality of food was acceptable as one would expect in a family restaurant. the installation could use a good cleaning overall. on the way to the washroom I ran my hand over a bar to discover that it was rare if ever dusted. stains on the cushioning of the stands, knud in the corners of the washroom floor, etc. makes me the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant, kitchen included."

"We stopped in Montmagmy on our drive from Toronto to the Maritimes. Our hotel recommended a couple of more expensive choices but we went for a walk and found this place. It has a lovely patio and great service. It seems to be popular with the locals. The food was good. Loved the frites and grilled veggies that came with my steak. The day we were there they had a pasta special which was popular with everyone around us on the patio."

"Okay, that was my first time I was here. the restaurant needs many updates. it seems as if it hadn't been renovating in many years, this also includes the menu. we ordered a large pizza, whose sweetness must say I'm disappointed. the dough was underboiled and the sweet was underboiled. just because the edges raise, the pizza is not to cook. I don't know about the sauce, because the crust itself was quite sluggish. I'm not saying that this was sweet, but they were hard. we took home what was left of the pizza after we had only two discs. I'll try to salt it here by cooking the sweet longer and the crust. they still serve customers softdrinks from a 12 ounce dose and load the half of what would cost a six pack. we also ordered the fries not bad, but could fresher the oil seem a little old. the waiting staff was very tender with a nice smile. not sure if we ever go back, probably not how we have lived here for over 2 years and discovered that we have really missed nothing."

"I had wanted to stop at Restaurant Bar 51 for a long time to taste poutine and then I loved the presentation of it, La Restaurant 51 , very generous but the freshness and taste were really not there, insufficient cheese and old or frozen which stretches like mozzarella, overcooked fries, let 's say that the food was not the best even the seafood pizza was undercooked but the service was impeccable, an attentive, present and very pleasant waitress."

"Not being very good at French speaking or understanding, the staff speak some English which helped. I can only speak from my meal which was the smoked meat club but it was amazing. Everyone said the food was awesome and no one left food on...their plate. Daughters had the personal pizza and poutine which were very good they said. My mom had the chicken stir fry and my wife had the chicken wrap. No complaints and a plus being attached to our hotel. I wish I had a picture but we didn’t have time because we ate it all up!"
