Time to celebrate with meat, seafood, and unlimited beer, because there's always a reason to be merry. Executive Chef Martin Bower of Crimson Hotel Alabang fires up the grill by the pool with the the freshest seafood on the market and hefty meats marinated for no less than 24 hours. It's easy to say, I'll just grill my own at home for less, but you'll be missing out on the cool breeze, the live music, and the plush seats perfect for a good night under the stars. <br>

So what's grilling at the Deck Bar? During our visit we were delighted with BBQ Chicken, Beef Medallion, Pork and Herb Sausages, Pork Tocino, Mussels, and piles of Spiny "rock" Lobsters. On the side they offered buttered corn cobs, baked potatoes, fluffy plain rice, and the outstanding salad bar with a pre-made selection, which include artichoke salad, potato salad, and beetroot salad or you can opt to make your own, but with a solid line-up why bother, the kitchen team has done a fine job on the salads.<br>

Last, but not the least is the dessert bar with chocolatey goodies to sweeten the deal further. Mini cakes and martini glasses filled with chocolate, what's not to like. It's a simple end to a carnivorous meal. <br>

The Weekend BBQ Buffet at the Deck Bar may not offer as much options as many hotel buffets try to impress, but the inclusion of free-flowing beer does present a great value to those who enjoy drinking beer and grilled meat. The quality of the spread is of high caliber, the lobsters are in my opinion are enough for me to recommend this buffet. <br>

"We ordered All-Beef Burger ½ lb;<br>
all beef patty, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oat bun, 209php.<br>
We ordered two, the size is just like Mc Donald’s quarter pounder but without cheese. We had to verify with the cashier if this is the All beef burger ½ lb, she called someone to vouch for her like she's not sure. I can’t believe it since it’s small and light. <br>

The place is small and I don’t feel comfortable eating there so we decided to take our orders home. I wasn't able to eat it like how I regularly eat burgers, my teeth can't handle it I needed to use a knife. The beef seems legit, no extenders, but it’s very dry. It’s dry and lacks flavor so we asked for extra ketchup but they told us they already put enough inside the burgers, apparently that’s not the case. Its 209php each and they can’t afford to give us 2 extra ketchup for our burgers. So we had to go to 7-11 to buy ketchup since I can’t bare the dryness of the beef. The taste is bearable if it’s not that dry and tensile, the burgers contains two beef patties each but I still don’t think it’s 1/2lb. For 209php it’s expensive for its quality. <br>

"The cheapest, most generous, and most delicate Mexican restaurant ever !!! <br>

Your beef nachos alone had me ???? The nachos are huge and crispy, with delicious beef chunks and toppings that are just the right amount of sweet and sour. The dips, especially the Garlic Ranch - ugh, we had to get 3 refills because they are just so good. <br>

And as I said "generous", almost all of their foods are good for 2-3 people ???? (SOBRANG SULIT OH MY GAD) <br>

The waiting time is so long, however. But no problem with anything else. My friends and I can wait in the name of good food every time."

"We tried the chicken salpicao, the zesty chicken burger, the fries and bbq burger. I am kind of disappointed with the rice though, it was so little it is not an appropriate serving size for a person who would order it alone that is why I had to order their chicken burger after which is bland and dry. The salpicao's sauce is good but not exceptional."
