"J. Michaels is definitely a place we would revisit. The crab legs were our favorite followed by the No Name Pie. Some of items we tried and liked were the grouper sandwich (easy go-to), seafood platter (didn’t realize the whole plate was fried though), and shrimp pasta (lots and lots of seasoning). We tried to go on the weekend but the wait was over an hour. We went back on a Thursday and got right in. Service was pretty good but with so many people it did take some time for drinks and actually get the food so be prepared. I think we averaged $20 per person for plate with a mix order of crab legs and other seafood. Definitely not unreasonable for the quality of food! We will be back and to visit our dollar bill we stuck up."

"Horrible experience!!! Only two customers in the store, I was at the counter for 8 minutes before I was greeted. Two managers and four crew members walked by me. I had placed an online order and went inside at the assigned time. When the manager finallyasked if I had been helped I told her no. When I showed her my online receipt, I was told biscuits are cooking, but theycouldn 't tell me how much longer. I asked for a refund. The manager just said I 'm sorry several times. I drove to McDonald 'sand ordered and got my food in less time than I was standing at the Whataburger counter."

"Today I placed a very large order, with a voucher, and many order changes. I knew that would be a difficult order for the staff and was concerned about a negative reaction. This little *understaffed I am sure* team was nothing but friendly, professional and accommodating for my entire experience. The order was absolutely correct and any adjustment was carefully marked on the envelopes of each sandwich. I was handed over this very difficult order with a smile and a thank you. I'm usually a McDonald's person, but I'm going to turn to Burger King because of the wonderful service I have resurrected today."
