"The food was very good. The staff member didn't seem very happy to see me though; I felt like I was an inconvenience. Maybe I should try to smile more. It probably didn't help that I explained that the app was still not working (telling me that the closest store was 621 km away), so I couldn't pre order. Last time I was there, something was left out of our order. I called to check; they apologised and said they'd leave a note for a refund, next time. I mentioned this tonight, and it was ignored. I didn't feel like pushing it as I didn't feel like exacerbating my feelings re: being an annoyance. Despite mentioning that I had the app, I wasn't asked to use it and therefore missed out on an offer. And, there was another trivial but disappointing thing. I will go back for the food, but I'm not sure how many more times at this rate."

"Had the Greek burger and it was the BEST burger I have ever had!! The kids loved their milkshakes and the little one enjoyed his hotdog. Would recommend to anyone, especially for the price as it was great value for money!"

"What a fantastic groovy place to eat and drink. Cotto has an interesting menu of various vegan friendly delights. Good seating inside and out a well thought out cycle parking, just around the corner. I had freshly squeezed orange juice, pancakes covered in a range of sauces, biscoff, some violet crumble, and optional bacon. Washing this down with a double shot Cappuccino. I will be back to sample more!"

"Went for breaky because my wife was craving pancakes. They were packet pancakes, and arrived at the table stale and cold. I expected homemade at a cafe. I don’t want to recommend order pancakes. Other food is so so, hot drinks were fine, service was good."

"Absolutely appalled by the service received at this cafe. Never have I experienced customer service to be so bad… My cousins and I went for a early breakfast on a Saturday (cafe was relatively quiet at this time). Each family member went out one by one to place their orders. After all the meals were given to each member at the table I noticed that mine was the only one missing. I approached the lady at the front counter (who I believe to be the manager) and I questioned politely if there was a misunderstanding or my order was somehow missed by staff. The lady chat with the kitchen to them come out and tell me that it wasn’t far away. My order was then brought out moments later and it was not correct. I’m not usually a fussy eater and will have just eaten what I was given, but as I was worried I got someone else’s meal from another table, I felt it best to advise the manager to avoid someone complaining. Not only was the manager extremely rude, she insisted that someone at my table had stolen my meal, even when none of the meals were what I had ordered. I attempted to intervene and let her know that no one at my table actually had what I had ordered, But I only did she not take this for an answer and ratify the situation, she went out of her way to get the docket from the kitchen to prove me wrong. I tried to explain to her that she has confused the order that was taken before mine (my cousins) and had added extras on her that were not on her plate. Also incorrect breads on each meal. As she made us so uncomfortable we didn’t bother letting her know the other errors, where my cousin paid $10 extra for items she didn’t receive. The manager continued to say that we got my order swapped wrong, not her and she had doublechecked everything. It’s such a shame she acted this way, as a group of 9 will not return to this place. We are local to the area and also frequently enjoy meal outings. After my experience here, I’d rather pay elsewhere and for a meal I actually ordered and customer service that leaves me feeling uplifted not deflated…. *1 star goes to the $12.50 top I managed to find at the pop up."

"The staff were so inviting and friendly, to the point where i would be recommending this as a go to catchup place. Lovely breakfast cafe for a chat with friends. We were there 90min, no pressure to leave. Brunchtime. Great food great coffee"
