"I try not to eat McDonald's as they say it's bad for you, but every time I have been to this store they mess up the order, have run out of something or make you park for 10 mins. Guess that what you get when you have 10 x16 year olds running the place.... I have delt with the manager before aswell, she's rude and shouldn't be a manager! Will never go here again! Hope the place shuts down!"

"Ordered kiwi hot dogs and crab sticks and chips Don’t know what batter they use but it’s no good Waited mins to be served horrible oily food with no sauce on hotdog. Who does kiwi hotdog with no sauce Won’t be back"

"Well I went here 5 times and only once could I say I was not impressed. The food is just a light meal and the staff are willing to help you and let you know what is gluten free on their menu. They are very busy and the food does turn often. How people can say it looks like it has been sitting for ages I do not know as I have never seen it like that. I have always had a variety of baked potato's with different fillings, and they have been filling and well worth their money.If not happy take it back. Once I was not impressed I took it back; within 5 minutes I had a fresh plate of food exactly what I ordered and a free juice. My husband always has the fish and chips and enjoys the light batter. We would go back for a light lunch again."

"The buffet price increases at random. Was $25.50 in Thursday GCB, booked for Friday night and increased by $3 per person by Fri pm. When questioned the staff were rude. Also rude in the restaurant. Food was quite nice"

"Just got home with two young kids and they forgot to put the burger in the bag!!! When I called the store their number rang out three times. I have just done a 12 hour day, waited in the waiting bay for five minutes and now I have no dinner - whopper Jnr w cheese when I get home. So disappointed."
