"For you to understand my review one thing before: Burgers are my passion and I am not easily impressed by burgers. I had the spicy dry aged and it was (almost) the perfect burger. I would have preferred it without bacon and instead a slice of tomato and guacamole, but the meat was beyond perfect and the bun a rich and soft brioche. Easily the best burger I have had in all of Madrid and one of the best ones in the world. My wife had the Yellowstone and that was a nice combination as well, albeit a bit too fancy (you don't really taste the four cheeses because of the overwhelming taste of the marmalade). This one would be better with goats cheese I reckon. But also a very good Burger. If you go here, definitely go for the dry aged, that is heaven."

"It 's not that I liked it very much, very expensive for the quality of the food and the service that seems like they are doing you a favor, when they find out that we are the customers who pay their salaries. The only thing that was quite tasty were the Croquetas with both Boletus and Ham, the very fine and rich béchamel... The potatoes with mincemeat were quite coarse, the Calamari the batter was not very successful, the Cannelloni stuffed with Rabo de Toro weren 't bad but they abused the mushrooms... To finish I 'm going to leave my dish Chowder steak it 's the first time I 've ordered a steak and the thickness doesn 't exceed one centimeter, I have nothing more than add. I forgot the Hazelnut Ice Cream was very good."
