"We came at 12.30 a.m., but no table available so we were asked to return at 11.00 a.m. when the table was released. But not cleared. We waited. At 1.30 p.m., the table was clarified unwillingly. No offer of a drink yet. 10 minutes later we asked for a drink and asked how long a meal could be. The waitress replied that she didn't know. We left. We know that we are in France Nd Lunch is a long meal, but that was horrified."

"I have now visited about 8 times in 9 months(it is my local) and have never had a good experience. Service is always slow. I ate in on 7 occasions, and one dish at least has been cold. When the service is so slow you are then reluctant to return the food as hunger takes over. The one takeaway resulted in one of the meals being omitted, but paid for. The staff are not smiley or efficient. The restaurant is usually dirty. It is the only McDonalds that I now do not look forward to visiting. Please help!!!"
