"We dined at Arx twice during our recent stay at Rohrmoos and the food and service were both first class. The room is modern but in keeping with the style and quality which Austria frequently offers. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area. The hotel also looks most comfortable."

"This is a great lunchtime stop for a large group or people in a hurry. The self serve format means no waiting around for menus, food servers or bill payers. Sure, it lacks that intimate Austrian Stubl or Hutte feeling but there's plenty of other...options on the mountain if you want the leisurely lunch compared with the let's do another black attitude of the hungry skier. It is large inside with what looks like a recent extension but tables were tough to find inside on an inclement day when eating outside was fit only for rooks, yetis or snowmen.Still at we got one of the last tables and selected from the varied menu and great beverage selection, all at reasonable prices and generous portions. Definitely a keeper for when you just want to refuel and crack on with another few runs"

"If you are vegan or vegetarian you have to eat at biochi when you are in Schladming. The owner Johann is the chef and his wife Gabi a nutritionis and they cook the best vegetarian food I have ever eaten. Also gluten free available if you want. Everything is organic and fresh and every day they offer 2 different dishes for lunch, the menu changes weekly. biochi is also a great place for a breakfast, coffee and traditional Austrian cakes or traditional Austrian apple strudle. All cakes are organic and vegan and really yummy. There is an organic shop integrated in the bistro and the friendly owners can tell you everything about the products they sell and what you need to eat if you have a specific issue. This restaurant and shop is unique and I go there as much as I can when I am in Schladming. Gabi and Johann also offer cooking classes where you learn to cook the awesome food they create every day. It is worth to book a cooking class in advance as they are quickly sold out."

"The world of the world alm lies directly opposite the Planai base station. the front half of the building has a new view and the bar area has a pale feeling. the back half of the building is cultivated as a restaurant and has the tradition feel. the first half. definitiw for the first. the lunch service is over and is replaced by louder music. look at this huge refrigerator with many bottles blowing. eating lunch is much better behind."

"Got a high table, very small and not really comfortable sitting for dinner. Ordered ribs and wings; all well cooked and seasoned,but very pale. Seemed rushed. Quality okay but could use some improvements."

"Some restaurants they have a Chef and the only thing they do it is open bags, heating things, getting frozen food and fried it, and not even caring about this job which is cooking and not 'heating things on a microwave''This restaurant has at least 4 people in the kitchen doing what they suppose to do, COOK and they do it very well, Healthy, FRESH, with great taste and great portions.I came last year for the first time and I loved it and this year I loved it too. They do have great expectations and surely owned the number one from Trip Advisor.If you like restaurants where the CHEF COOKS, this is your restaurant!!!!"
