"Wie der Name vermuten lässt sind es die Fleischgerichte, aber weit gefehlt ... es soll wohl das Bier sein. Und in der Tat, ist das Bier ok, aber das ist es in fast allen Gasthäusern in Tux auch. Mit dem Namen beginnt also schon die Irritation.Das Essen hat gute Qualität, es ist aber nichts von dem man Nachts träumt und unbedingt wiederkommen möchte. Man wird satt und die Preise sind auch ortsüblich. Der Metzgerwirt kommt also bisher eher durchschnittlich daher. Der Gastraum selbst schließt sich dieser Aussage ohne Einschränkung an, es ist nett, neutral aber auch hier kein besonderes Merkmal.Nachdem alles eher normaler (nicht negativ gemeinter) Durchschnitt ist wartet man auf den positiven oder negativen Ausschlag und der kommt durch die Wirtin!Sie ist speziell, an guten Tagen kann sie plaudern und ist durchaus kommunikativ. Allerdings trägt sie dann auch das Herz auf der Zunge und kommuniziert auch ihre negative Grundhaltung. So beschwerte sie sich bei uns mal darüber das die Leute nur kommen, schnell essen und wieder gehen. Das sei früher anders gewesen. Ich gebe ihr da durchaus Recht aber will das ein Gast im Urlaub diskutieren?An schlechten Tagen ist der Service so wie teilweise von den Vorrednern angesprochen. Das Problem des Metzgerwirtes ist, es gibt kein Alleinstellungsmerkmal welches positiv heraussticht. Andere Lokalitäten haben diese, erwähnen möchte ich Sie hier aber aus Respekt nicht. Den Namen würde ich nicht ändern, dafür hat er zu lange Tradition. Ich würde mir aber einen Metzger suchen, der individuelle und speziell für den Metzgerwirt kreierte Schnitzel, Steaks, Würste herstellt und daraus würde ich dann ebenso solche Gerichte zaubern die es so kein zweites Mal gibt ... ohne das die Preise explodieren. Wie wäre es z.B. mit einem eigenen Burger, selbstgemachten Fritten, einen saftigen Smokerbraten aus dem Nacken eines Strohschweins?Und dann dazu noch eine Wirtin die richtig Lust hat Gastwirtin zu sein. Aber da dies nicht der Fall ist, kann ich nur befriedigende ***(3) Stern vergeben."

"Sehr schöne Bar wo man mal schnell eine Gulasch Suppe essen kann und guten Espresso bekommt, was am Berg nicht all zu leicht ist. Das Personal ist auch sehr nett. Man musste auch nicht lange auf die Getränke warten. Das einzige Negative war als Kinder am 5.1.17 als alte Damen und Herren verkleidet reinkamen wurde Sie von der Wirtin nicht beachtet, sie hatte zwar Gäste zu bedienen aber man hätte den Kindern ruhig was süßes geben können. Das klappt ja bei anderen Geschäften und Bäckerei und Hotels sehr gut, deswegen Punktabzug. Traditionen sollte man schon beachten!"

"Where to start?... friendly staff even on the busiest of days (New year's day), easy to pre book to avoid any waiting time, amazing food and good value for money, helpful when my friend was injured and could not ski but still made sure that...he can get onto the mountain to join the group for lunch, great wine list, cool atmosphere both on sunny and grey days. Would highly recommend and will defo be back. Special thanks to Flo and Mara. you guys rock xx"

"Polecam wszystkim CityBarLounge! Mieszkaliśmy w Hotelu Pinzger, więc schodziliśmy tam w kapciach. Obsługa bardzo miła! Ceny umiarkowane.
