"Took over an hour to receive the meal we ordered for dinner. I was over feeling hungry by the time it arrived, so didn't really enjoy it. The staff said it was really busy that night, but have no idea why more staff weren't put...on. Most of the dinner guest have made reservations well in advance of the night."

"There (seaford last week family of 3. ordered a caesar salat, lachs pumpkin salat (new!) and a chicken roast with a plate of arancini (4 as common entree. add the 3 lemon bitter and this is over $80. salate no complain. the arancini was well presented, but frozen in the middle. she was very apologetic and reimbursed the $9.90 and asked if there is something she could offer to compensate. I have suggested in good customer relations that they could offer a discount voucher on our next visit (confirm it would be a . they said they would ask the manager, I have never seen her again that she has never returned with a response from the manager if she actually asked him. we sat there for about 20min, after we had finished the meal and no one back to our table to remove the rest of the meal (except to remove plates). above this was forgotten with the drink order, I had to remember the counter-personal of this order, and my chicken roast was a deer size with limited chicken, mostly noodles and a few snowbows. when we have left the personal, including my guess of the man who puts us on leave and no further attempt to heal her call, with every attempt to entice us back. the success of each business depends on the return of customers and if they offer a token gesture of myself a $10 credit I would possibly inticed to give back and give them another chance and spend $70 on the credit note, but now I'm just having a bad impression of their quality of kitchen prep and an unympathetic manager. return I don't think I'm paying a bit extra and going to the corner to the beach hotel. we will see how long the manager/owner holds in seaford primo."
