"After the operation of the future, I had to get a free bk whooper on January 1. I even got a reminder. Surprise, Brie told me it's not working and we won't get our burger. We get rid of this either you pay or you leave. It's really unpleasant, whatever the manager is. It is not at all a good communication, it is always necessary to be good in the customer relationship. "Like all the Old Wild West, the decor is nice and that's what saves this restaurant from the rating of 1. That this soti has Claye souilly, or that it catastrophic management of the meal We ask a starter with the aperitif, 20 minutes later (for nothing to warm it is nachos with sauces), still no starter. We had to go to the bar to make a remark that we should not be served (when two tables next to us had already the aperitif and their dishes). No excuse or explanation. and after that goes on, my wife and daughter adoring the guacamole take dishes with this ingredient. After eating some bites, no trace of avocado, and opening the tortillas, actually no guacamole They forgot to put it (it's when one of the main elements in a dish tex mex). Idem forced to report to a waitress ... in short always as catastrophic in this chain, last time we set foot."
