"5/5 every single time. Have been coming here for over a year and this place consistently makes a delicious Zinger burger. The chicken is massive, juicy and crispy. I've had chicken burgers at a number of other places, and occasionally the meat may be woody or have a slimy texture. This is never the case here. The meat is always top quality. The sauce is creamy and filled with spice. I'd pass on the cheese slice that they add on (tastes like a Kraft single) as, in my opinion, it detracts from an otherwise very high quality presentation.As for service, nothing but smiles from the team. I know some of said that they have had to wait, but that has not been my experience at all. I generally place an order around 4:45, pop in around 5pm and the food is piping to and ready to go in around 5 minutes.I would undoubtedly recommend you try their Zinger burger. You will not be disappointed."

"First of all, my review is for the sandwich and the Carl 's Jr. franchise. The customer service I received was immaculate, considering that it was very late at night (around 3 AM I believe? Anyway, I was so surprised to see the prices at thislocation. They are more expensive than the average Carl 's Jr. I can understand due to inflation and supply chain issues, but $13for a Bacon Beast Burger was not worth. At $17 for fries and a drink we were approaching $20 combos for one. It was severelylacking in bacon or beastliness anyway (see photos . I did not even get a drink because it was such a rip off, but I wasdesperate and it was late so I settled on a pretty mediocre meal. Nationwide chains like McDonalds have had more consistentprices and better menus. This is just straight up greed. Y 'all need to improve and pare down your menu. I hope you pay the verypatient and kind customer service lady well with all those outrageous prices. Not going to be a late night option next time(McDonalds will come in clutch for my 24/7 cravings ."

"On Saturday evening with reservation. the A-team does not work. the restaurant was usually empty and ice-cold and it took a while to get a waiter to order a drink and food. beer was good and came out quickly. eating was usually bad for moderate: pretzel burned beer cheese sauce ok, more beer than cheese in the taste buffalo wing cold, and when we told them the server did as if it were huge annoying with fish and chips fish was not bad, but pries were cold gumbo solid, not the best I had, but quite good service was terrible. between waiting time, eating that was cold, and a total indifference for us as customers, we will not go back indefinitely. it is a pity that it was so bad as I am an executive assistant in the opposite and it tried to check for events and catering and hoped that it would be a good option for it, but there is no possibility that I would trust them to do a good work for our events after this show. absolutely not recommend."

"Nut allergy friendly, they do not use except in a salad. Awesome portions (baskets are easy to shake under 2-3 persons) and a burger perfectly boiled very rarely. Very recommended as place to hang with friends, watch sports or get a beer. Kegs are tapped on Thursday, so if you are looking for something rarer, like the pliny of the elder, it will only be available."
