"Updated evaluation of the shaken coffee, the packed pommes and the aesthetically pleasing, beautifully enveloped burger I had to update the last review I left here. I had a very positive and beautiful experience that my riders were hot and crispy, my burger was great, beautiful and hot and the patty was not small and barely there! the coffee was also given to me what I think it is in the rule not judge by the pictures, but I appreciate this little touch. the woman in the car threw this woman, thank you! she is also super nice!"

"(says open 5) At 5:20 am both me and another car pulled up to order and got no response. So I drove up to the window and even waved only to get ignored by the full staff. I left since I couldn't be late for work. Judging by all the negative reviews this place needs a massive overhaul. I know plenty of people who just got Visas who would gladly be willing to replace any unmotivated workers here."

"We come to this place frequently. We order online and pick it up. No problem. Usually we get good service and good food. Not this time! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! They were out of half the things I ordered, would not compensate me. The wait was horrendous and when I got our of the drive thru line and went inside I (since I had already ordered and paid) I see a bunch of people standing around, walking in slow motion, no sense of urgency at all! They had people waiting in the lobby and 7 cars in the drive thru! Our onion rings had burnt fries and three onion rings in it. The iced tea was empty, the shake machine was not functioning. The manager, barely an adult himself, was a jerk. One of his employees, after I told him I just wanted my order because we had been at the hospital all day, asked if I was trying to make him feel bad and said it wasn't working. I can't believe how bad this place has gotten. They used to have polite employees who actually did bust their butt. Horrible experience tonight. Plus, they could nott refund my money because I did the mobile order. Won't be going back there!!"

"Normally I only go in the morning and everything is typically on point but this evening the experience was horrible. First we waited for ten minutes in the drive thru and then the food wasn’t just cold, it was like taken out of the fridge cold. Like sat on the counter for hours cold, the cheese was dried out and the buns were hard and dried out. I’m seriously concerned there will be a food poisoning issue due to poor food handling here. I don’t think I’ll be back."
