"This is the kind of mom and pop place food stand that you really, really want to love. Funky looking inside like something from my long ago childhood. The menu of burgers is astounding with combos that even someone who considers himself a burger gourmet would not have imagined much less seen before. In my adventurous youth I would have had the super hot burger with banana peppers, but I settled for one with horseradish as its leading star. Comes with fires and they were above average I would say. And the burger would have been way up there, except, for the fact that , alas, they use the mass-made patties. I don't get this. Not very far away is a great butcher, probbaly the best in Central BC, Margatt's meats. Would it be that difficult every few days to bring in a bid load of nicely ground beef, form into many, many patties and freeze to have at the ready. Then all the effort and creativity that this establishment has put into designing its offerings ]would have a worthy leading actor. But with those premade patties, sorry, but you just won't see me back, at least for burgers. They do some Asian items that will bring me in for a second visit and I will await with hope that they find some real meat and work it into their great ideas."

"This is a specialty restaurant where there mainstay is fish, the portion are great, lots of fries or salads. Homemade Tartar sauce , deserts are plain but portions huge. You can't walk away hungry from this place. Wednesday is Seniors evening for an extra 10 off the already reasonable prices. plenty of parking."

"Visit this location occasionally, the food is as all McFood is eatable. This restaurant is known for being asked to park and wait in a parking spot for your drive thru food. which is extremely annoying. Especially when your order is basic menu items. No special additions or changes to the standard. Sometimes get the wrong food in the bag also. They can /should do better."

"I went there twice during my stay in Williams lake, and all I can say is the place was average, and in some cases below average.The first time I went there it wad just for drinks with about 9 other people. I ordered a simple drink with gin, and it was ridiculously watered down. You couldn't taste the alcohol at all. I was not impressed, nor were my friends who also had less than good drinks.Not only that, but the waitress was very rude to us. It wasn't a great first impression to say the least.The second time we went there it was for dinner. It was a smaller group, 5 of us. I ordered a veggie burger and it wasn't good at all. It was bland and just tasted like a packaged burger. The fries were good though. We went on wing wednesday, and the wings weren't very good either. On the plus side, we had a different waitress that time, and she was great.I would say that at best the place is average."
