"I chose a valid Italian court. I was so happy when I tracked the ice cream. they served the most valid Italian food. the real place was so great. it also has an exceptional climate and calm. the groups were extremely committed and well disposed of. this Italian esserei is my new one, most loved at this place."

"Dirty Table cloths, rude staff hostess with no charm. Dont waste you money the food was subpar. Very disappointing experience and messed up my meal. Owner did nothing other then offer to move us to a different table. Never came back to ask how our meal was, or checked, that we were taken care of! The food was ordered gluten free pasta and chicken grilled, what came out was regular pasta after we waited about 45 minutes for dinner and they were not busy. The chicken was placed back onto the grill and tasted burnt. Marc 's meal was just ok, nothing special, or even mention able. For the cost, a dinner would have done better, and cost half of what they charged. I don 't mind paying for good food but when it 's like this you only feel taken advantage of."

"After reading a lot of reviews about Sams, I expected a lot, a perfect Thanksgiving dinner. The ambience of the restaurant was really nice, comfortable. The staff was attentive. Dinner was good, but a few things took off. Dry, overcooked filling, missing cranberry sauce, mix-ups on which got what kind of soup and desert. I'll visit Sam's next time we're in Santa Monica and give him another try."

"We sat outside. Our food was delicious. Our waiter came to our table 2 times the entire time. Once you take our order and then one time to ask how our food was…we literally took 1 bite and he walked over. Never again saw him. He didn’t come over once to ask if we wanted more coffee or check if we needed anything. Terrible service."

"If I could have given zero stars I would have. This place is just disgusting. My husband and I ordered the KC strip steak entree (medium rare) with a chicken noodle soup as a side. The soup comes out COLD. No biggie we just trade it out for a salad. Our steaks come out and they are rock hard and dry (EXTRA WELL DONE). Waiter agrees and sends it back and we get a completely RAW STEAK! Crazy part is my husband said that would happen. We ended up just leaving the plates there and going somewhere else to eat. I definitely would not recommend. The staff was also super rude and inconsiderate about the overall situation. For the price point, it’s definitely not appetizing. I would have rather had golden coral, AND I HATE that place !"
