"I hope we caught them on a night off but the service was lousy. We felt like the entire staff with the exception of maybe one person had never worked in a restaurant before. The pizza was delicious but our appetizer took almost minutes to deliver to the table. We had to flag a wait staff down to get refills on drinks and at the end of the night the person clearing the table tried to take our half full drinks away. We heard good things about the food but after the service tonight I’m not sure if we’ll give it another shot."

"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"
