"A modern kitchen is made up by an ambitious young team that seriously deals with their offered. my highlight is her “soft shell crab taco with nduja Mayo”. desserts are something too sweet. the prices are very reasonable and very child-friendly, which is a great bonus point for us. seriously good selection of playlist also."

"It sure looks like a great place. We were approached by a young man with only English, gluten free ? Not a hello or welcome . Um. Next the waitress who finally did crack a smile took our order. My husband had the minestrone soup which was good flavor and had a decent amount of veggies. Next we ordered the fungi pasta and grilled chicken to share . The pasta looked appetizing but it was bland and had hardly any flavor. The chicken was grilled and chopped over rocket at 26 euros. I would have told the server what I thought if they bothered to ask. I’m stunned this restaurant is highly reviewed ! I found this place very mediocre."

"Excellent food, reasonable prices, friendly, helpful wait staff, terrific owner! We loved the place and highly recommended it. Carbonara with a touch of asparagus; wonderful! First class Branzino and great Ossobuco, washed down with a lovely Montepulciano, all for about 100 Euro. Go there. You will have a lovely evening."

"My wife and I had dinner here on the recommendations of our host. No English menus and the waiter did not speak English. Despite this, we were able to have an amazing dinner with fantastic pasta and a large, fresh tuna steak. Wonderful desserts. This place is a bargain. Highly recommend!"

"I came back to this restaurant few weeks after my first dine and I have confirmed my first impression that this restaurant is absolutely recommended. First of all it is for locals and there are no tourists, which guarantees a real Italian experience without being into a tourist trap. Beyond this element, let´s go to the bottom of it: the food is amazing. Fish is fresh and they are revisiting classic Italian meat recipes with the fish. Last but not least the service is on time and the ambience is cozy and warm. What else to say ? Just go and try it !"

"I happened to get to this restaurant after the nightmare experience of getting stranded from the B&B Olga House. We went here based on the recommendation of B&B Pontevecchio Relais who saved us from sleeping under the bridge! It really saved the night: the dinner...was exquisite and , although, given what it happened and the need to find an alternative location ,we arrived quite late (about the waiter was yet so nice and accommodating with us. I even could not find my wallet anymore and i had to return to the B&B to look for it (thanks god i found it they patiently waited for me. They were so kind and supportive that we came back even the day after for having lunch before we left Firenze. Thank you for the hospitality."
