"Booked months in advance for our anniversary arrived to be told that we’d have to wait up to hour for a table inside or sit outside in their covered area which is no better than a pub garden marquee. Was told that...tables were running behind hence the wait unacceptable! My partner and I decided to get up and leave as sitting outside wasn’t acceptable and waiting an hour later than our reservation also was unacceptable! Disappointing as we had this planned for months and drove from West Sussex to visit the restaurant"

"It’s a little difficult to rate this place because the food is okay, but it’s quite expensive for what it is, which is a Pizzeria. It’s local to me and we’ve wanted to go for sometime. We enjoyed it but wouldn’t go back They’re understaffed in my opinion so a little slow because of this. The food is nice but not nice enough for the price and the tables just a little too small. Overall the restaurant is very nice but the price is just not worth it IMO."

"We enjoyed a wonderful Roast Pork dinner with so many variations of vegetables that were all well cooked tasty. The cheese plate was full varied the ice cream on the affogato was good quality creamy. The staff were friendly, helpful polite not over attentive. I like how the room is set into three areas depending on what kind of mood you were in… cosy, light airy, fun quirky. My only disappointment was that we weren’t offered the full al a carte menu because it was a Sunday night so I didn’t get my ribeye steak I was hoping for, but apart from that minor flaw I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful restaurant."
