"My family and I were in Springfield, MA for a short vacation to the Basketball HOF and Six Flags. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn that has this Uno Pizzaria and Grill attached. We decided to try it as my family had never eaten there. We loved it! The service was fast and polite, the food was delicious and it was a great family atmosphere. It was terrific and we can't wait to go back."

"Was so disappointed with this place.We we're promised a $37 Barbie dinner with a complimentary drink. We waited over 2 hours and paid over $100 for our dinner that was sub-par. We told them our concerns, and they acted as if they were too busy to care. Didn't even play music. Do NOT go to this place!!!!!!!!!! We asked to speak to the owner/manager Jordan and they said he was not present."

"Visited Chandler's while on vacation and the experience made me wish we went to the food court. We ordered the porterhouse for two cooked medium and it came out well done. They offered another porterhouse or a filet and strip steak to save time. The grilled half lobster was tough and flavorless. The mac and cheese was just okay. They offered me another drink to compensate us but it found its way on the bill. The manager didn't even come out to apologize for the inconvenience nor compensate us for their mistakes. For the resturant to only be half full, mistakes like this are unfortunate. I would never come back here."

"We did not get meatballs on the pizza nor the Rosa calzone we ordered and the salad they handed us had no chicken I had to point that out. The food is good but the person at carry out had earbuds in and was distracted. Evidently no one was checking that the orders were correct"
