"We have brought our friend here to dinner and he has shown that there is Italy? problem? because he was taught to cook Italian food from a 3-star Michelin Koch in Israel. He ordered spaghetti with olive oil and garlic with grilled shrimps. On request they brought Italian herbs and red peppers on the side. He prefers fresh red peppers, but he decided not to disturb them. Bellini offers good olive oil on every table. After sprinkle on the herbs, the dish drips with olive oil. We waited with breath. After chewing silently he said it's pretty good? and later his wife Bellini said he made his favorite dish?better than Carmen? that could be another restaurant in New Jersey where he lives most of the time. I have to get you here for seafood? He told her, so this is a sign of consent. We liked Bellini for about four years. The restaurant is always clean and the servers are always impeccable. Our friends who like to eat in fine farms took us to Bellini on a weekend. We were surprised because they lived in Southwest Ranches and Bellini was a bit of a drive for them, but they said they were here for years. My husband says her spaghetti Carbonara is currently the best of anywhere he had it. (He ran over the Carbonara 30 years ago at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, which had since closed. Bellini?s Carbonara is consistently smooth and creamy and tasteful. He hates it when Carbonara is a small Parmesan Mass. Bellini?s Spaghetti Carbonara is nuanced and great. I had the Misto salad and the Lentil soup, both very good, especially with the free herbal tea garlicky focaccia strips that come before the meal. We also had a Jack Daniel and a Mojito. Very recommended."

"Had a burrata with prosciutto appetizer which was disappointing. The burrata was not creamy or tasty. The prosciutto was poor quality. The n had pasta with frutti di mare which was tasty and a good value. My wife had the lasagna which was also tasty. Very good wine selection. I guess it depends on what you get. Perhaps being Italian Iâm a bit picky but I would come back but definitely not try the burrata prosciutto appetizer."
