"UPDATE: The same day I wrote this review (below), a letter of apology and some vouchers arrived in the mail. I applaud Qdoba 's effort to make up for the problem they caused, and have added stars accordingly. Here 's the original review: WHAT A FIASCO! It has taken me a week to calm down enough to even write a coherent review, I 'm so angry. Before you read the rest of the story, know that the district manager called my daughter two days after the wedding and offered her vouchers. This Qdoba location was booked to cater my daughter Ashley 's casual, intimate (35 people) wedding reception on Saturday, June 22. They were scheduled to arrive at 4:45 to set up the food. When they were nearly an hour late, Ashley began calling, only to be put on hold. After eleven minutes, during which time two others of us tried calling again and got a constant busy signal, we got through to the catering line, explained the situation, and were promptly PUT ON HOLD AGAIN! INDEFINITELY! In her wedding dress, and with her friend driving, Ashley left her own wedding reception to try fixing the situation. When she got there the man behind the counter was indifferent to the point of rudeness. After Ashley explained the situation (calmly by the way; she never lost her temper), he told her they had everything to make her order. She asked if they had ever started her order. He didn 't answer that question, stating again that they had everything to make your order. Ashley asked two more times, getting the same reply until the third time, when he finally admitted her order had never been started. Ashley told him to cancel the order, then she left. She didn 't even lose her temper then, despite never getting an apology, or even any empathy. Ashley then went to Little Caesar 's, the quickest solution under the circumstances, where they went out of their way to help. We were all looking forward to Qdoba as a perfect, casual wedding buffet, but it 's unlikely now that any of us will ever eat there again. Meanwhile, Little Caesar 's is getting the awesome review that Qdoba would have had if they hadn 't so royally messed up such an important day."

"Terrible, the store was filthy, found 1 reasonably clean table. The prep area was covered in food scraps the burners had burnt on food everywhere. The portion sizes were the smallest I think I've seen. If this place hasn't had a visit from a health inspector lately then it needs one."

"This is my first time ever eating here. The staff was very friendly and helpful and did not try to rush me during the ordering process. The only suggestion would be they need spoons so the customer can eat all the good food.."

"I’ve always enjoyed their baked goods but recently had a disappointing experience trying to buy dinner rolls for Thanksgiving. I called Saturday before Thanksgiving; was told my best bet was to buy them that day and freeze them since they do not take orders for Thanksgiving anymore. I drove 30 min to get there in bad roads only to be told they were sold out and to try calling Monday to have them set aside some. They wouldn’t let me reserve some for Monday. I called Monday at 9 am and they were sold out. Might take a while before I will feel like calling or going back. :"
