"I wanted to pick up Moe. I didn't find my job. I was stupid when an employee came to me and asked. Informed that I didn't find my order. They could track my order and see that it was already made. It seemed like someone went away with my order. They ordered me fast and gave me. I had expected and ready to wait some time, but it was fast. The staff was very friendly. Maybe it has to be switched over and every other Friday is coming."

"Horrible customer service and the food was disgusting. The workers are rude and not to mention the employees with their pants down showing their whole behind is terrible. The tables was nasty. Thank God I didn't have my kids with me or it could've been a problem. The guys working in there literally had their underwear showing and one was laying down on a both playing on his phone again with his pants down! I will never waste another penny on this restaurant or a Moe's anywhere."

"The workers weren’t very nice, rushed, and didn’t care. The store was a mess. Chips on the floor, the free salsa bar needed wiped down and plenty more. We watched one of the workers mess with her hair then go and cut someone’s Crunchwrap right after with no gloves. The food looked really dried out and now after reading reviews I am really scared to eat it. For our $20+ meal I’d like to eat fresh, properly made food. This store needs major training and better staff."
