"Overall, we probably won't be back. You can't tell the owner put a lot of time into making this place and it has a lot of potential to be great but really missed the mark with us. Staff was nice, but no uniforms, name tags, and no greeting. Nobody explained the menu and when we asked what our waitress recommended she couldn't answer. Food came out quickly but it was very obvious the grill needs cleaned. French toast was undercooked and the home fries were VERY oily. Biscuits and gravy were great. No syrup we had to go find it on another table, no seasoning on the omelette, and we didn't get refills. Giving staff from scripting on how to engage customers, cleaning the girl, cooking with salt and pepper, and following up on needs after food is delivered would change the entire experience."

"Massive confusion. Excessive lack of communication through employees. I ordered 8 steak( super dry yet my tortilla was falling apart 4 chicken tacos( they made pork on accident and a Steak burrito. We waited 30 minutes and ourfood was so dry and coldi ate one taco and threw out the rest. On top of that they charged me 9.46 for 3 tacos, 3 times. Lucky i caught the mistake andhad them fix it. Not returning."

"1st and last time visiting this Chipotle. When we came in at 4pm on a Friday the place was empty. No customers and no employees. Then a few employees came out of the back and seemed very impatient with us, trying to rush us through our orders. They had no Carne asada or regular steak. on a Friday, early? so I got the barbacoa. Bad decision. I am typing this review from the bathroom as I am finally getting a break from vomiting. Stomach is killing me. I will never return to this Chipotle and this horrible night may keep me from ever visiting any Chipotle again. Thanks Batavia, I used to really enjoy Chipotle."

"Great authentic Mexican food. I had both the steak torta and cheese enchiladas and both were great. One of the Mexican restaurants that was one of mine to go on site for a while. Chips do not seem to be made fresh when ordered or refilled, Salas is server warm instead of cooled (it is good, I prefer only cooled). Do not take care of this place when you are in the area and your search for good authentic Mexican foods."
