"Bought carne asada fries here a few times. The portions are huge and the price is correct. It tasted pretty good every time. Only below it always seems to be a line and the entire construction outside. I guess it's one of like 4 places to eat on this street without traveling for another 10-15 minutes. Plus 24 hours."

"Don't spend your money and time in this place! Ordered a t,-bone steak which was cooked on a skillet, dry and tough. Salad dressing tasted gross, iced tea was not brewed. My friend did not get her order until we had to go find the server only to be told it was sitting on the food counter so we could get it! Beware!"

"I don't know if Jacky's got a new cook but what has always been really good is now really GREAT! My husband and I split a California burrito last night and got chorizo breakfast burritos to eat this morning and both were amazing. There was just enough char on the carne asada in the California burrito and the chorizo burrito was the best it's ever been. Best burritos and tortas in the west valley!"

"Always end up getting my order wrong. Sadly I live 45 mins away so once I sit down to enjoy my meal it is either not correct or not very well made therfore I want a refund or something. But they are so strict on having to bring the food right back if you want to be compensated. It is absolutely ridiculous."
