"The food is so YUMMY and the service is Awesome! Love it! And love how they cater to children as well. We are new to Cranbrook and today was my first time at Hot Shots. Will definitely be a favourite spot."

"Authentic and fair prices. Very hard to find real Mexican food in BC and Alberta, so this was a nice find. Soups start around $7 and the main dishes don't exceed $20. The sample plate I ordered was $17. Portion sizes are good complimentary chips and salsa was appreciated. You will get this in Texas and Mexico, but Canada doesn't tend to give anything for free. The menu isn't extremely user friendly for those not familiar with this cuisine; however a quick Google search or asking the server can help solve any questions. It's always a treat to experience restaurants like these, and enjoy the unique flavours and family recipes. A previous reviewer was complaining about cash only? We had no issues paying debit, I think credit may not be accepted here though."

"Stopped in on a business trip with a fellow employee and we weren't disappointed. I had the Plato Combinado with a chili relleno, a chicken enchilada, a bean burrito and chicken. Everything was delicious. The sauces were amazing. I'm not sure what the sauce was on the chicken, but it was really good.The restaurant has a very simple décor, though brightly coloured decorations are everywhere. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Our orders were taken quickly and the food arrived surprisingly quickly as well.I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone trying to find delicious authentic Mexican food. Just wish we had a restaurant like this back home."

"It had mostly rice on it, it was huge but all rice, my jalapeños were missing and hardly any sauce, tasted like taco time, not authentic it was ok, looks nothing like photo. The paprika corn was so salty we couldnt even eat it, and super expensive!"
