"Order the taco salad and tonight they decided to give it in a to go condiment/soup bowl. Disgusting, watery barely any salad mostly refried beans. My husband was told thats how their serving it now. Their FOS. Done with this place."

"This is the third time Ive ordered from Rubios and received the wrong salad. I ordered a chicken chopped salad and received a salad with black beans, lettuce, and avocado with Ranch dressing and I cant have avocado and the wrong dressing ranch style instead of Chipotle ranch. I am very dissappointed you are not just pricey now but lack quality."

"This is the only Miguel's I have issues at. They don't seem to know how to fold a burrito or put enough ingredients inside. It's convenient for me because I work and live near it but I'll have to pass and go to another location next time. Plus employees not too friendly."

"I gave this place a 2 star rating because you coffee was good. that's it. eating was okay, nothing too special. I came here on Sunday with 2 other people at 12:40. there was a sign in the menu that said “Braun ends at 1:00” so we asked if we could still order food. the worker said “Yes” (we asked because we wanted to respect the business and the kitchen) we ordered each to eat and waited almost an hour to come to eat. I understand it can be occupied, but this day it was not. we could have been happy if the personal came to our table to review us and give us updates, but they did not. we had to ask about our food twice. I got my food first, then the other 2 about 20-30 min after. due to the long waiting period our appetit was gone. total: unprofessional staff, without common courtesy. the food was decent. coffee was tasteful."
