"I will never waste my time in the lobby again. we had waited almost 40 minutes on the trip and didn't know our order was missing. I went in to get the missing items and was not recognized for 10 minutes. the lobby was full of customers who had waited just as long to eat. the employee who executed the mobile orders/in person orders was not friendly at all. there were two guests who had waited for almost an hour to eat and when they finally had the opportunity to question the delay, the employee was incredibly rude. they said, ma 'am they don't see that I have a full lobby of people at the moment? their order will be done when it is done, I do not try to be rude or shout to them that it is only about the fact that we are incredibly busy. then she stormed off and left no other comments. When she finally came to me, she was very short and sniffy with me about the missing objects. if they have a lot of time to kill and waste, they come to this Taco bell but know that the customer service is not good at all."

"I stumbled on Teocali on accident during a business event (tires for Leo). I was able to visit with Enrique briefly who shared they have been there for 15 years and the quality the offer. I was able to return with the wife a few days later and sample the menu. I had the Burrito Ranchero and it was fantastic! The atmosphere (outside dining, both covered and open air available) was amazing and everyone one of the staff we met were prompt and friendly. Service was speedy and the meal was fresh and delicious, absolutely will return! Thank you for welcoming us and the A+ customer service!"
