"Only gave this a one star because of nothing lower. Called in take out for three people- super easy orders -tacos!!! I got there my order had no sour cream on the side--or on it--told the person at the desk he said I never asked for it!! I told him I wanted it--he then argued with me about my chips on the side against better judgment I did not just walk out-even though he was talking loudly and causing a scene--I paid for the order--and left--our office is very near the restaurant--we opened the lunches my order was missing a taco- I called him he said it could not have been he had counted them himself!!! I took them back to him-he caused a scene and called me a liar!! Even said he did not want me to ever come back! NOT ONE PERSON AT THE OFFICE I WORK IN will EVER go back there. I made him give me my money back and left. I am still seething with anger, knowing he called me a liar! over a taco!!!"

"Service was good, but this place was filthy. The drink salsa station needed to be wiped and cleaned; there were spills everywhere. There weren’t any napkins in the dispenser. Utensil dispenser was near empty. Behind the counter where they make the food needed to be tidied up too. Good customer service was a plus but cleanliness is everything"

"The food was ???? delicious... My daughter goes to College in Knoxville and she suggested that we have dinner here, she has been on my case to come down and eat here, and now I know why!! Food was great and I know we went during Game Day and they werebusy but still enjoyed the food!"

"I've recently started coming to Mi Pueblo and it is absolutely incredible . This is REAL Mexican food and it is not your typical Tex Mex that you find at 99% of the other Mexican Restaurants. I enjoy that I'm typically the only gringo in the place when I eat. Love the music videos they play on the TV's. If you have not been here you need to give it a try. I recommend the carnitas burrito which is huge, full of pulled pork, onions and peppers that have been grilled perfectly with a slight char. Weekends they have caldo de res which is a beef soup. When I'm not traveling I try to eat here once or twice a week. There are so many other dishes I want to try. Please note that this is a very Mexican place and that many hardworking Hispanics eat here. It also helps to know a little Spanish or understand what the items are on the menu. Give it a try and it will be one of those places you will want to take your friends and show what really good food is."
