"Came to the store and only ordered two burritos and a cheese dip. Total should have only been around 25.00. When I got home I discovered that they gave me someone else?s order as well and also charged me an additional 11.00 on my receipt for theirs. Took 3 days to receive a cash refund. Not to mention I had to drive all the way back for their mistake that none of the managers wanted to fix. The guy that worked the night shift on November 11th did not want to fix it. When calling the next day Eliana did not want to fix it either. It took me going through three managers until Hannah was able to correct their wrong. No apology was given for my inconvenience either. Good thing I kept the three day old burrito, otherwise they did not want to refund me. Poor customer service as well as customer experience."

"To compare to Mexican style seafood, it was bad the drinks look good taste awful the food looks great taste awful! The employees are rude and lazy ! Bad vibes there! The place looks great inside I?ll give them that! Sat there eating chips for a while more ppl sat after us while they ordered we barely got the menu and was very disappointed with the service food drinks the whole vibe!"
