"My wife ordered the wholotta platter. She asked for no lettuce or tomatoes and when she got her did it had no rice, beans, or queso. She asked them three times to give it to her and they wouldn't do it. Will NOT be back."

"Seafood cocktails were fantastic! Service was underwhelming. Prices are affordable. My wife and I stopped by for our first time here. One entree was served while we were still dining on our seafood cocktails. Waiting for the arrival of the other entree and for additional napkins we requested, we finished our iced tea. We had to flag down our server to remind her of our request for napkins and to request iced tea refills. When asked about the second entree, she had not written it on her tab and had to re take the order for the other entree. The server had served me my wife's steak, which had gotten cold by this time. My wife was so hungry that she finished her cold steak by the time my steak arrived. Our experience did not improve from there."

"They stole me from Whataburger. I wasn't disappointed at all. My burgers are always amazing and so good that I have difficulty trying other things from the menu. They also have bottle coke from Mexico. Prices are always better than fast food."

"Casa Or Ole has been established in the Lufkin for of over 30 years I know of and I've never had a bad experience. They have a bar area to sit at as well as tables and booths. The staff has always been friendly, fast and attentive. We've also ordered to go during the COVID period and everything was just great. My favorite has always been the green sauce when they bring the chips. They bring both red and green sauces and refill your chips reguarly without asking. They also offer a great lunch menu."

"Little cheesy. In town once every few wks, was told this is the spot for Mexican food, of course fresh tortillas are choice, that is unless they've been sittin around cooked awhile, then no so much. Queso was, should we say, cheesy, very little flavor, green sauce was, hmm, decent but lacked spice flavor, it wasnt free (el chico's is better its free). Portions were ginormous, service was aight, decor was a little much, drinks kept full (a key for me) if all that don't get it done, free ice cream on the way out. HH special is not very happy"
