"Update 5/2022: i waited a year to try again, and it was still pretty disappointing watching everyone go through the line faster than I had ordered ahead with plenty of time. about 8 or so of us were standing there waiting for our food in the order ahead area. oh, and they skimped on everything. so TL;DR a year later: still pretty bad. 2021: I waited 25 minutes for my ordered ahead food after the promised time. I showed up on time, watched the entire line of people get food and leave before me, and people showed up to get their app ordered food after me, and left before me. I can 't emphasize my frustration enough, just grossly incompetent staff. Update: The bowl is literally leaking juice everywhere, the chicken is not all cooked fully, the cauliflower was basically salty water. I am so displeased. This is absolutely disgusting."

"HORRENDOUS NASTY STAFF! UNFRIENDLY! SMALL PORTIONS! This location has the most unprofessional and nasty ladies I've ever met in my life. I have a family of 6 and all the portions were all wrong, they barely gave us food. It was the body language for me and the lady next to the cashier kept rolling her eyes. The first girl behind the counter next to the tortilla press machine asked for some more brown rice in the back and I saw her scraping the container. She gave me half a scoop of brown rice in my bowl and a half a scoop of the new garlic guajillo steak. She passed my bowl to the next lady without waiting for the brown rice to be replenished. I asked the lady next to the cashier (in charge of toppings) for some more rice and told her that she was waiting on some more brown rice. She rolled her eyes at me and looked at me like I was crazy. She kept looking down at my food and looking up at me. She finally passed it back down to that lady by the tortilla press and slammed the lid on the counter. She was so mad that she had to take the lid off. My husband ordered 9 tortillas on the side and the toppings lady next to the cashier asked him if he asked the lady in charge of the tortillas. She was implying that my husband should walk back over there and ask her to give him 9 tortillas. The cashier kept asking for the tortillas because they were not making it. When she was done with all 9 tortillas, she slammed every single tortilla on the counter in front of my husband. I'm not sure if the cashier is the manager but I couldn't believe she was allowing this to happen. My husband and I kept it together because we didn't want to make a scene in front of our kids. My family didn't ask for anything extra or for anything free from your establishment, we just wanted the food that we paid for done right and be treated with respect. They gave us poor customer service and the portions were small. We decided to stop supporting Chipotle altogether and will go somewhere else."

"Okay...im late to the party. I know they didn 't just open and i know its a national chain...but this is great place to eat. Food is excellant and options are better than the alternative burrito places near by. As a whole im a fan, the workers are very kind as well. Lots of parking, convenient in and out...great spot!"

"It was hot and fresh which I enjoyed, however, the fries werent salted. I didnt ask for no salt. Thats the only thing with this order. Also, Ive been asking for sweet tea for awhile but Ive been getting coke instead."

"The service is focused on the drive through since I was a dine in it took 25 min to get the order. Also the bathroom was locked and had to wait for a staff to be free to unlock it. "I like the california tortilla restaurant in this shopping center. I enjoy the classic burrito with huh and speck. the new giant food store is amazing!
