"His is one of our favorite restaurants, with normally great service. Tonight was an anomaly. Service was slow and inattentive-not our usual waitresses, who are fantastic, and we were overcharged for a special. The other waitresses were also delivering chips and salsa to help her out . I didn 't notice the overcharge at the time, and since it is a bit of a drive, I called and told the person who answered the phone that I wouldn 't be coming back tonight, hoping she might say, Let us know the next time you come in . However, the response was Okay. Check your bill before you leave, and please offer whoever was answering the phone a lesson in customer service. The food is always good, and the service from at least two of the waitresses is top notch-deserving the above 20% tip we usually leave. We will be away for awhile."

"I love our caseys in Mt Morris ! Always a pleasure to go into. At least for me it is. There might be one employee that can be rude but who knows what type of people she deals with all day to make her that way! I've seen her on her good days so I know its not always like that! Regardless always a good feeling walking in there . I've been to several gas stations in Elgin that I dread having to go into paying cash . Being either because of the rude employees with rude faces..... or because of the crowd that hangs around those gas station and I've NEVER felt that here ! Always friendly people, always good food when one specific cook is back there ! The guy with all the tattoos! He's awesome at his job other caseys I've walked into aren't like this one so I think Mt morris is doing just fine"
