"My fiancé and I saw this restaurant whilst shopping in Victoria Centre and were enticed by its nice-looking interior. When checking the menu, we found a couple of dishes that seemed decent so we decided to give it a try. We were approached instantly by a waitress who found us a table and encouraged us to order via the app. This unfortunately meant that we’d paid for everything upfront when we wanted to leave after waiting over 40 minutes for what was essentially a chicken salad. During our wait, staff were strolling around aimlessly with nothing to do whilst the kitchen seemed to be at a standstill. The restaurant was less than half-full yet our food took a lot longer than it should have. As the restaurant did not live up to our expectations in both service and food, we will not be returning here."

"Go here quite regularly enough and eating is great. I am vegetarian and the options are good, although I do not have to pay more for fake meat! good service, although there may sometimes be discrepancies, what a vegetarian can have, so it may sometimes be somewhat confusing. photo shows naked burrito bowl"

"Great food and service. Our server was very helpful and helped me with the menu. I wanted something slightly different to how it was on the menu. She looks sly checked with the kitchen and they were Able to accommodate Only disappointment for the night was that they switch off the water completely in the toilets at the end of the night. I went from the ladies to disabled and ended up behind the bar to wash my hands with a jug of water."

"Huge training need required! Firstly I would like to say the waitress who served us was absolutely pleasant and was very open about the fact that she was new and still learning. However she also let slip that the tablet system they use to order names things different to on the menu, leading to a bit of confusion when ordering. Initially we ordered as starters: Halloumi Fries Cheese Fondue Vegan Garlic Pizza Bread What we received was: Cheese Fondue Chicken Wings Non Vegan Pizza Bread Luckily it’s quite obvious when cheese isn’t vegan and we noticed in time. But the vegan member of our party would have been seriously unwell if they’d have eaten it due to not having diary for a considerable amount of time. When it came to settling the bill, they’d had the cheek to keep the chicken wings on there and charge us for the non vegan bread! The service overall was very slow, and the food itself was actually disappointing the fondue comes out as a cold solid piece of cheese, it needs to be hotter. The main I had (the new nacho dish) was supposed to be baked in cheese but was completely dry. Overall the experience left us a sour taste in our mouths, and whilst we spoke with the manager on the day, we do not feel she took our serious training complaints seriously."

"The taco bell was very spacious and not too crowded, so sitting was easy enough to find. the staff was friendly and extremely fast, they could say that our food was cooked directly within seconds. the prices were also very reasonable. the only disadvantage was that the self-serving kiosks did not work and so for people like me, who do not go very often and not too familiar with the menu, we felt hurried to order at the food counter."
