"In Red Bluff from Chico for an antiquing experience and decided to hit this restaurant up for lunch. Seated within 1 minute and chips/salsa/beans/guacamole were immediately brought to the table. Drinks took about 5 minutes, due to the short bar staff. I ordered the 3 item special, and chose the Enchilada, Tostado, and Flauta, all chicken, with the beans and rice. While the food was well prepared and served, with plenty to eat, the rice was just... yellow rice, made better with my addition of salsa. Again, plenty to eat AND take home, but I did leave behind the rice. The salsa was spicy but not too much heat, the guacamole was freshly made, Tostada was huge, Flauta was crisp and filled... the chicken was juicy and flavorful. Definitely a place I will revisit, but skip the rice and get extra beans."

"Ordered 3 bold burritos, two with onions and one without. They made them all with onions. I went back and they “fixed” it. As I opened the burrito I noticed they forgot to add the white sauce. I checked the other two and they had forgotten it on them as well. I go back in and asked if bold means just adding fries or fries and sauce. Confirmed it means fries and sauce so I told the manager it was missing the sauce and she said “it’s on there”. I told her it wasn’t and showed them. Then they tried to take the burritos back to add it. I ended asking to get it on the side as the person who tried taking it was also the cashier dealing with payments. This isn’t the first incident here and I’m not one who complains AT ALL, but that was just terrible. Had the customer service been better I wouldn’t have complained but not even that was so good."

"I make it a point to come here whenever I visit my mother back in Red Bluff. I’ve flown from Korea and Hawaii, half of which was to get this food truck again aside from seeing my family. The food is THAT good. Their fish tacos are the perfect crispy portion on each serving and the burritos are ridiculously delicious filled with food coma inducing goodness."

"The service here is spotty at best. Servers are not very helpful when it comes to asking for any changes/alternatives if you should need any. Order/arrive early. They do not like to stay past the postted closing time. The food is fine, it's normal American Mexican food.
